Scarce and popular New Orleans Mint issue. Just 108,950 coins were struck, but few survive in such a lofty grade. Strong frosty luster compliments handsome lemon-gold surfaces. Details are strong and this outstanding survivor boasts very minimal chatter, appearing quite Gem. PCGS has only graded ten examples finer!
