A somewhat modest mintage of 200,000 coins was the grand finale to the Seated Liberty half dollar series! A readily available issue that becomes scarce at the current level and rare any finer with just five pieces finer, all MS67. The obverse is outstanding as flashy fields surround lightly frosted devices. Burgundy, blue, and orange tones display as the viewer swirls the coin in hand. The reverse features the same coloration and a healthy amount of luster flashing from behind a hazy grey patina.
