PCGS lists only two pieces finer, both MS68+FB, from a mintage of over 191 million coins. Frosty silver surfaces beam with impressive satiny luster. The surfaces are smooth and fully defined with light gold highlights. A patch of reverse die polish lines are as minted and actually assists the bold luster.
