A spectacular rarity, with very few surviving. In fact, there are no 13 Star Obverse varieties known above AU55. A demand for U.S. coinage for use in commerce at the time resulted in no one being able to save coins - they were all spent, used, and abused over time. This desirable early Draped Bust dime is much more desirable than the famed 1804 Draped Bust quarter, in our opinion (and much less frequently seen).
