An absolutely rare issue with an ultra-low mintage of only 400 coins. With such a low mintage, almost all examples are "First Strikes" and boast semi-prooflike surfaces. The present piece is no exception with frosted devices towering over reflective fields. Business strikes can be differentiated from proofs by the small "thorn-like projection" coming from the throat of Liberty that is only on business strikes.
