An intriguing overmintmark variety where the underlying O is horizontal. The definition of the secondary O is pleasingly visible at the upper and lower center of the primary mintmark. Pleasingly white surfaces are complimented by flashy luster. Light tones are mostly defined to the rims where they display in soft grey, orange, and green coloration. Smooth, fully defined, and pleasing to the eye, this is a great example of the variety. PCGS has graded only two finer for the FS Number! - Barber Dime
