PCGS and NGC have only graded ten finer in brown with no red-brown or red examples known for the issue! However, PCGS has only graded three examples better of the Sheldon-280 variety. From a scant mintage of only 222,867, this is an absolutely high-end piece. Bright luster lights up even brown surfaces and helps to highlight baby blue and peach tints. Orange-peel fields surround well-struck devices. Very attractive and original, it is difficult to find an example with a CAC sticker. There is no doubt that this piece is destined for a premium registry collection. - Classic Head Cent
