A mintage of only 544,950 leaves this issue difficult to locate in uncirculated condition. Only 14 PCGS examples have been graded finer. Bright lemon-gold surfaces are completely toned and flashy with intense luster. Grade-defining chatter is present, however, no heavy marks of individual significance are seen.
