A neat transitional die variety struck with the Type 2 New Reverse die, most easily identifiable by the sharply defined arrowheads, which were drastically enhanced over the softly struck Type 1 Old Reverse. Beautifully lustrous with no heavy marks or distractions, and displaying a perfectly executed strike! Brilliant mint luster dances across the surfaces, which are bathed in tangerine highlights. PCGS reports only seven finer examples, making this a very desirable, top-tier survivor. - Liberty Head $2.5
