Owning one of these 1805/4 halves gives one the brief illusion that they are holding a rare 1804 Quarter, or better yet an 1804 Dollar! A deep battleship grey color coats both sides but flashes with light iridescent blues when rotated in direct lighting. Some darker specks of toning on the obverse affects the eye appeal some, but does not take away from the bold overdate of this scarce half. - Draped Bust Half Dollar
