Richly toned gem example of this scarce "With Arrows" proof issue. Nicely reflective mirrors enhanced on the obverse by iridescent tints of teal, gold, and tangerine. The reverse displays astounding bands of deeper iridescent sea-greens and muted pink tints. These were struck for just 2 years and only 700 were issued of this date. - Liberty Seated Quarter
