Fully struck with broad, squared off rims, and small berries on the reverse identifies this as a restrike. Delightful reflectivity shines from the clean fields toned in vivid purples blended over considerable mint red-orange color. A few old carbon spots at the rims are perhaps all that held this coin back from a CAC sticker, but it is without a doubt a beautiful specimen, nonetheless. - Braided Hair Half Cent
