The rarest of the three die varieties for the year, which included the Open 3 and With Arrows versions. A coin that is nearly impossible to locate in uncirculated condition with only eight examples spared from circulation. A visually pleasing piece with light orange and soft blue-steel tones which highlight the luster nicely. A couple of tiny, trivial marks hold this piece back from an even loftier grade, yet this coin appears superior to the NGC MS63 specimen, which appears to have been removed from the pop report. In any case, this rare Seated Liberty Quarter is destined to find a new home in another registry set or in a fine cabinet. - Liberty Seated Quarter
